James was born in Columbus, raised in Florida, and eventually made his way back to Ohio to earn his degree in Molecular Genetics from OSU. Growing up in a family that appreciated real estate investing and construction, he developed a deep respect for craftsmanship early on. His own remodeling journey started with his first home in Clintonville, where he and his wife tackled DIY projects and later navigated a whole-home renovation as clients. That experience shaped the high standards he holds today—prioritizing clear communication, thoughtful planning, and quality execution. Now, as a licensed and bonded general contractor, he takes pride in helping homeowners bring their visions to life. When he’s not on-site, you’ll likely find him lifting weights, hiking, or traveling with his wife to explore architecture and design—when they’re not at home with their four cats.
